Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  1. In connection with the entry into force of new regulations on the protection of personal data - Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data, known as RODO, as the controller of personal data - Reflex-Polska Sp. z o.o. based in Ruda Śląska, informs you that we process the following personal data of yours: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, NIP, PESEL, while personal data of your representatives, including employees, will be processed to the following extent: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address.
  2. The data are obtained in connection with the conclusion of a contract with the Administrator and only for the purpose of its performance, and on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. the processing of the data is necessary for the purposes arising from the legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator. The legitimate interest is the performance of the Company's business activities, in particular the offering of products and services, as well as the assertion of claims on account of its business activities and undertaking any activities related to the Administrator's business activities. The data is processed in accordance with RODO.
  3. We have received data directly from you or your representatives or employees and other cooperating entities.
  4. Your data will not be disclosed to any recipients of data within the meaning of Article 4(9) of the General Data Protection Regulation other than those entities related to or cooperating with Reflex-Polska. z o.o. and obliged by it to keep all information concerning personal data confidential and to process it in accordance with the requirements of the RODO, also on the basis of concluded appropriate agreements on entrustment of personal data processing.
  5. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract, business cooperation or until the expiry of mutual claims arising from the contract of Reflex-Polska Sp. z o.o. Personal data marked on invoices and other purchase documents will be stored for a period corresponding to the provisions of tax law. Other data will be stored for the period of use of electronic mail with periodic deletion of messages and attachments.
  6. You have the right to access and rectify your data, and in the case of cessation of the purpose for which they were processed - the right to erase them, restrict processing, as well as to cease processing and the right to object. If you have given your consent to data processing, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority indicated by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  7. Providing your personal data is voluntary and arises from the concluded contract and business cooperation. The consequence of failing to provide the data may be partial or complete inability to perform the contract or to continue the business cooperation by Reflex-Polska Sp. z o.o.
  8. The personal data you provide is not used to make automated decisions based on the personal data processed by Reflex-Polska Sp. z o.o. in the performance of the contract.
